2025 Concerto Competition |
PYCO is pleased to announce the 2025 Concerto Competition! The competition is open to all PYCO Symphony Orchestra, Wind Symphony, and Symphony Strings students, and the winner will perform as a soloist with an ensemble during our 2025 Winter Concert on Sunday, February 16th.
Repertoire must be approved prior to auditioning. Students should prepare a movement from a concerto or an arrangement featuring a soloist and ensemble. Repertoire suggestions are available upon request. The completed application below, as well as the non-refundable application fee MUST be submitted no later than Friday, November 22, 2024. The competition will be held at the PYCO School of Music on Saturday, December 7, 2024 at 3:00 pm.
