November 13, 2016 Concert Information
We're excited for our first concerts of the season, this Sunday, November 13th! Please review the important information below in preparation for this concert.
1) The concerts and dress rehearsals will all take place at Cardinal Wuerl North Catholic High School, 1617 Route 228, Cranberry Township, PA 16066.
Junior Strings, Chamber Strings, Chamber Brass and Junior Wind Ensemble will perform in the 3:00 pm concert. The PYCO Orchestra will perform in the 6:00 pm concert.
2) All students should enter at the main entrance and will be directed from there.
3) CALL TIMES (please arrive no later than these times):
1:00 pm - Chamber Strings
1:30 pm - Junior Strings
1:45 pm - Junior Wind Ensemble
2:30 pm - Chamber Brass
4:15 pm - PYCO Orchestra
4) Please have your child arrive in concert attire. The required concert attire can be found on the website HERE.
5) Please note that no food will be provided. If needed, students may bring a snack to eat backstage. No food or drinks are permitted in the auditorium.
6) We will be holding a bake sale at the concerts this Sunday, which have been very successful fundraisers in past years! We ask that you bring a dozen cookies (or dessert item of your choice) for us to sell in the lobby. All proceeds will support the many programs that PYCO offers. You may drop off your item in the lobby.
7) We rely heavily on our young musicians and their families to help us promote concerts and events. Please invite your friends and family members, and share our Facebook event page! If you would like to post a copy of our concert flyer in your community, an electronic copy can be downloaded here!
