PYCO Youth Jazz Ensemble Registration

• To register for the Youth Jazz Ensemble, fill out the form below.
• Please submit a separate form for each student that you are registering.
• A non-refundable $25 registration fee is due for new students joining the Youth Jazz Ensemble. This is a one-time registration fee, and returning students are not required to submit a registration fee.
• An audition is NOT required to participate in the Youth Jazz Ensemble.
