December 11th, 2022 Concert Information
Please review the important information below in preparation for the upcoming concerts.
All PYCO Ensembles will perform at the same concert on Sunday, December 11th at 4 pm
1) The concerts and sound checks will all take place at St. Richard Church, 3841 Dickey Rd, Gibsonia, PA 15044.
2) CALL TIMES FOR ALL ENSEMBLES (please arrive no later than these times so that we can accommodate all sound checks):
All students should enter at the main entrance and will be directed from there.
3) Please have your child arrive in concert attire. The required concert attire can be found on the website HERE.
4) Musicians: Remember to bring your music, instrument, and any accessories you need for your instrument. For example: extra reeds, mouthpiece, shoulder rest, endpin strap or rockstop, etc.
5) No food will be allowed in the auditorium. If needed, students may bring a snack to eat in the hallway.
6) Bake Sale: We ask that you please bring 2 dozen cookies (or dessert item of your choice) for us to sell at the concert. All proceeds support the many programs that PYCO offers. You may drop off your item in the lobby. Thank you!
7) We are looking for volunteers to help at the concerts. Please email us at [email protected] if you are able to assist with chaperoning students, greeting audience members, selling cookies, setting up or cleaning up. We are so grateful for your assistance!
8) We rely heavily on our young musicians and their families to help us promote concerts and events. Please invite your friends and family members and click below to download a concert poster!

- 1:45 pm - Students in Concert Strings ONLY
- 2:00 pm - Students in Concert Winds ONLY
- 2:20 pm - Junior Wind Ensemble
- 2:45 pm - Chamber Strings
- 3:00 pm - Junior Strings
