Dear PYCO Families,
We are very excited for our upcoming concert, "Sounds of the Season", which will feature all of PYCO's ensembles! The concert will be held at St. Teresa of Avila Church at 4pm. Below are details regarding call times, dress codes and other procedures.

CALL TIMES FOR ALL ENSEMBLES
*Please arrive no later than the times below*
The concert and dress rehearsal will be held at St. Teresa of Avila Church (1000 Avila Ct, Pittsburgh, PA 15237).
All ensembles will perform in the same concert, which will begin at 4pm.

- PYCO Symphony, Concert Winds & Concert Strings - 1:00pm
- **Students who are in Concert Winds ONLY should plan to arrive at 1:45pm**
- Chamber Strings - 2:00pm
- Junior Strings - 2:30pm
- Junior Wind Ensemble - 2:45pm

Additional Information
- Please have your child arrive in concert attire. The required concert attire can be found on the website HERE.
- Musicians: Remember to bring your music, instrument, mask and any accessories you need for your instrument. For example: extra reeds, mouthpiece, shoulder rest, endpin strap or rockstop, etc.
- We rely heavily on our young musicians and their families to help us promote concerts and events. Please invite your friends and family members, and share our Facebook event page!
Calling All Volunteers and Bakers!
We are looking for volunteers to help at the concert. Please email us at [email protected] if you are able to assist us on the concert day. We will need assistance in the lobby (boxing cookies, greeting audience members, etc.) and with moving chairs and stands after the performance. Your assistance ensures that our performance will run smoothly!
Bake Sale: Please bring 2 dozen cookies (or dessert item of your choice) for us to sell at the concert. All proceeds support the many programs that PYCO offers. You may drop off your item in the lobby.
Please note, because this will be a masked event, sold cookie boxes will be labeled with your name and held for you for pickup in the lobby after the concert.

You may format the picture however you like, the only thing we ask is that you are smiling! Please rename your file to have your full name and ensemble (Example- Pablo Ardiles, PYCO Symphony Orchestra).
