Please review the important information below in preparation for the upcoming concerts.
JUNIOR STRINGS, JUNIOR WIND ENSEMBLE & CHAMBER STRINGS

PYCO SYMPHONY, CONCERT STRINGS & CONCERT WINDS
Sunday, November 7th 6pm |

1) The concert and dress rehearsal will take place at Carson Middle School, 200 Hillvue Ln, Pittsburgh, PA 15237. The concert will begin at 3pm.
2) CALL TIMES FOR EACH GROUP:
3) Please have your child arrive in concert attire. The required concert attire can be found on the website HERE. 4) Musicians: Remember to bring your music, instrument, and any accessories you need for your instrument. For example: extra reeds, mouthpiece, shoulder rest, endpin strap or rockstop, etc. 5) Bake Sale: Please bring 2 dozen cookies (or dessert item of your choice) for us to sell at the concert. All proceeds support the many programs that PYCO offers. You may drop off your item in the lobby. Thank you! 6) We are looking for volunteers to help at the concerts on Sunday. Please email us at [email protected] if you are able to assist with greeting audience members, selling cookies, or moving chairs. We are so grateful for your assistance! 7) We rely heavily on our young musicians and their families to help us promote concerts and events. Please invite your friends and family members, and share our Facebook event page! |
